Delete your account
This page lets you request deletion of your HelloPhysio account (app: ai.hellophysio.app) and its associated data.
What deletion does
- Deactivates your account immediately — your profile is archived and any business access is revoked.
- This device and others stop receiving notifications.
- Booking requests you created are disassociated from your account.
- Your login (account record) is permanently removed within 30 days.
Records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons may be retained for the period required by law.
