- Provider means a physiotherapist, clinic, healthcare business, or partner listed on or contacted through HelloPhysio.
3. Nature of Platform
HelloPhysio helps users discover physiotherapy clinics and therapists, compare services and fees, request appointments, and coordinate clinic or home physiotherapy support.
HelloPhysio primarily acts as a technology, discovery, and coordination platform. Providers are responsible for their credentials, service quality, clinical judgment, appointment commitments, pricing, and legal compliance.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or book services directly. A parent, guardian, or authorized caregiver may use the platform for a minor or dependent patient.
5. Registration and Account Security
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, keep OTPs and credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account.
If you sign in with Google, your use is also subject to Google's applicable account terms and settings.
6. Appointment Requests and Bookings
Appointments are subject to provider availability, location coverage, confirmation, patient suitability, payment status where applicable, and operational constraints.
You are responsible for providing accurate patient concerns, contact details, address, preferred time, visit type, and any information needed for safe coordination.
Time slots, prices, distance estimates, and provider details may change before final confirmation.
7. Therapists, Clinics, and Listings
Provider profiles, fees, ratings, qualifications, photos, locations, availability, and service descriptions may be submitted by providers or compiled from available business information.
Providers must ensure that their profile information is accurate, lawful, current, and not misleading. HelloPhysio may update, reject, hide, or remove listings that violate policy, law, safety standards, or platform quality rules.
8. Healthcare Notice
HelloPhysio does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, emergency care, or in-person assessment by a qualified healthcare professional.
For emergencies, severe pain, sudden weakness, loss of sensation, chest pain, breathing difficulty, trauma, or urgent medical symptoms, contact emergency services or a qualified medical professional immediately.
9. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payments, where enabled, may be processed through third-party payment providers. Booking fees, clinic fees, home visit charges, travel fees, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility may vary by provider, location, and service type.
Refunds, when applicable, may be processed through the original payment method or another permitted method after verification.
10. User Content
Users and providers may submit messages, reviews, images, documents, clinic details, therapist profiles, or support information. You confirm that you have the right to provide such content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
You grant HelloPhysio a limited right to use submitted content as needed to operate, display, support, improve, protect, and promote the platform.
11. Intellectual Property
HelloPhysio branding, software, design, content, trademarks, and related materials remain the property of SIMINO LABTEST PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, misuse, scrape, or commercially exploit platform assets without permission.
12. Privacy
Use of HelloPhysio is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect personal information.
13. Prohibited Conduct
You must not create fake accounts, submit false health or provider information, impersonate others, harass users, misuse bookings, abuse promotions, upload malware, scrape the platform, interfere with security, or use HelloPhysio for unlawful activity.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access, reject bookings, remove listings, or restrict accounts for fraud, abuse, safety risk, legal requirement, inaccurate information, or conduct that harms users, providers, partners, or the platform.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloPhysio and SIMINO LABTEST PRIVATE LIMITED are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use, provider conduct, missed appointments, treatment outcomes, incorrect user information, or service delays.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid to HelloPhysio for the relevant transaction giving rise to the claim.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SIMINO LABTEST PRIVATE LIMITED against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, inaccurate submissions, or infringement of third-party rights.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HelloPhysio after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
